Physical mobility impairment in stroke patients increases the risk of pressure ulcers due to prolonged pressure. This study aims to evaluate the application of a combination of right-left tilting interventions and the administration of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) with effleurage massage for pressure ulcer prevention. The method used was a descriptive case study on two stroke patients with physical mobility impairment. Data were collected over three days through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and the Braden Scale. The nursing process included assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed improved skin integrity and reduced risk of pressure ulcers. Subject I's Braden score from day one to day three was 15 (high risk), and subject II's score from day one to day three was 12 (high risk). No new pressure ulcers were found. This combination of interventions was proven to be effective and easy to implement. These interventions are recommended for patients and families to continue skin care, perform mobilization according to ability, and routinely change positions to prevent recurrent pressure ulcers
